As a Customer Account Manager, you will be essential in helping our customers achieve ownership by providing individualized attention in managing the customer accounts department (responsible for customer renewal payments) and achieving company standards on non-renewal closing percentages.
Additional Customer Account Managers help support the overall needs of the store by assisting other associates and acting as key holder in the store manager's absence.

Manage the collections processCounsel customers to gain timely lease/merchandise renewalsConfirm customer identification, collect money and obtain customer signatures on lease agreementsContact customers who have not renewed merchandise agreementsMonitor customer payment history and habits and make recommendations to support the customer to ownership Customer Care and ServiceMaintain customer contact over the phone and through home visitsUpdate customer information and maintain accuracy Store OperationsAchieve monthly account goalsReview and close lease agreements with customersAct as key holder as necessary Other dutiesFacilitate returns in collaboration with store managerClean and certify merchandise in the cleaning station for all merchandise personally returnedAdditional responsibilities as assigned by management Position RequirementsTwo years of college or two years of previous management experienceGood communication and interpersonal relationship skillsPosition routinely requires lifting & loading up to 50 lbs.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
